Refunds

UNTLD does not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Choosing the wrong size
• No longer wanting the item

However, UK law gives online customers certain cancellation rights. These rights still apply.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact untldhelp@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and a photo of the issue.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will provide the appropriate solution required by law, which may include a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

UNTLD does not offer exchanges.

If you require a different size, you will need to place a new order, subject to availability.

Item Condition

Please do not wash, damage or excessively wear an item before returning it.

Your legal rights are not affected by this policy.
