By using the UNTLD website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Orders

• Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, or we believe an order is fraudulent.
• If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

2. Products

• We do our best to make sure product photos, descriptions and colours are accurate.
• Small differences in colour or measurements may occur.
• UNTLD products may be released in limited quantities and may sell out.

3. Prices & Payment

• All prices are shown in GBP (£).
• Payment must be completed at checkout using one of the available payment methods.

4. Delivery

• We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe shown at checkout.
• Delivery times are estimates and can sometimes be affected by courier delays or circumstances outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

• UNTLD does not offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind, selected the wrong size or no longer want an item, except where you have a legal right to cancel an online purchase.
• If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact untldhelp@gmail.com.
• UNTLD does not offer exchanges.
• Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
